This notice describes the personal information Fortune Clock gathers when you register, play or contact us, the reasons we hold it, and the choices you retain over how it is handled.

Information we gather

At registration we ask for your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, telephone number and preferred currency. This set is the minimum required to confirm that you are eligible to hold an account under our licensing conditions.

During verification we receive copies of identity and address documents — typically a passport or driving licence together with a recent utility bill or bank statement. Payment records such as the masked card number, transaction reference and settlement status reach us from our payment partners; full card numbers are never stored on Fortune Clock systems.

Technical information is captured automatically as you browse: device type, operating system, browser build, screen dimensions, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the pages you open. Gameplay records — rounds initiated, stakes, outcomes and session duration — are logged because our licence requires a complete and reconstructable audit trail.

Correspondence with our support team, including live chat transcripts, emails and any attachments you send, is retained so that later enquiries can be answered against an accurate history.

Why we hold this information

The principal reason is contractual: without your details we cannot open an account, credit deposits, settle withdrawals or resolve a disputed round. This processing is necessary to deliver the service you have asked for.

A second reason is legal obligation. Anti-money-laundering rules, age verification duties and the record-keeping requirements attached to licence 5536/JAZ all compel us to retain specific categories of information for defined periods, regardless of whether you continue to play.

A third reason is our legitimate interest in running a secure platform. Device fingerprints, login patterns and payment behaviour are analysed to detect duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, stolen payment instruments and attempted account takeover.

Marketing sits apart from all of the above and rests on consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time through your account preferences or the unsubscribe link in any message, and doing so will not affect your ability to play.

Sharing with third parties

Game content is supplied by licensed studios whose software runs within our platform. To render a round, the provider receives a pseudonymous session identifier and your stake — not your name, address or payment details.

Payment processors, identity verification bureaux, fraud-screening services, cloud hosting providers and email delivery platforms act as processors on our behalf. Each is bound by a written agreement restricting use of the data to the instructions we give and requiring deletion or return when the engagement ends.

Information may be disclosed to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, to Antillephone N.V. as our licensor, or to a law enforcement body or court where a valid legal request is received. We disclose only what the request properly covers.

Fortune Clock does not sell personal information, and we do not pass your contact details to unrelated advertisers or data brokers under any commercial arrangement.

Storage periods and safeguards

Account and transaction records are kept for a minimum of five years following account closure, as our anti-money-laundering obligations require. Support correspondence is held for two years, and marketing consent records are held for the duration of the consent plus three years as evidence that it was properly obtained.

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure within the European Economic Area. Traffic between your browser and our servers is protected by TLS, access to production systems is restricted by role and secured with multi-factor authentication, and administrative actions are logged.

Where a transfer outside the EEA is unavoidable — for instance to a support tool hosted elsewhere — we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, supplemented by technical measures such as encryption at rest.

Should a breach occur that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the competent supervisory authority within seventy-two hours and inform affected players directly without undue delay.

Your rights and how to use them

As a UK resident you may request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask for inaccurate details to be corrected, request erasure where no legal retention duty applies, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask to receive your data in a portable machine-readable format.

Send requests to the privacy contact listed in your account. We answer within one calendar month and will confirm your identity first, since releasing account data to the wrong person would itself be a breach.

Certain requests cannot be granted in full. A demand to erase transaction history, for example, will be refused for the period our licence requires us to retain it, and we will explain that refusal in writing.

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you are entitled to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom or to the data protection authority in your place of residence.
